Skinned and Beheaded Dog Found in Port Orchard

Kitsap Humane Society Animal Control responded to a call from a Walmart employee on January 12, 2016 for a report of a possible cat or dog, skinned and beheaded, at the Port Orchard Walmart. The remains of the animal had been found by a citizen in the parking lot near the wooded section on the south side of the store.
A necropsy was performed by Kitsap Humane Society Veterinarian Services and it was determined the remains of the animal was that of a 1-2 year old small male dog, possibly cream colored.
