Pet of the Week – Midnight
April 10, 2018
Meet Midnight (ID 72526)! He is a handsome 1-year-old Labrador retriever mix. Midnight is a fun, active dog who still has lots of his puppy energy. While Midnight can be a little nervous at first, with just a bit of patience he will warm up to you and show you what a great dog he can be! Midnight seems to be house trained and crate trained and loves to run around the yard. Midnight really wants to play with toys, but hasn’t quite gotten the hang of fetch, so he would love a home where he can be spoiled with lots of fun chew toys. Because Midnight takes time to settle in to new surroundings, he is looking for a patient and dedicated family who won’t expect him to go on a lot of outings and adventures. He is much more content hanging out at home with you! Midnight needs to be the only pet in the home, and he wouldn’t enjoy having dog friends. Midnight can be uncomfortable with strangers and in new places, so he is searching for a quiet home with adults or children 16 and older and not many visitors. He would also love a house (no apartments) that has a fully fenced in yard, so that he can run around and get his energy out. You can meet Midnight and other adoptable animals at Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
