Our Board of Directors is an energetic and dedicated group of leaders who oversee the accomplishment of the Kitsap Humane Society’s purpose and goals.

Recently we have been busy launching a bold set of strategic directions for the organization, including plans for facility improvements, revenue development, and an advanced humane education program.

We are seeking applications from interested and qualified individuals to join our Board.

Qualifications include:
• enthusiasm and compassion for the cause of animal welfare;
• availability to attend board meetings, committee meetings, and special events;
• a willingness to search out solutions;
• being a person of principle, with integrity, community involvement, community contacts, and an open mind;
• an understanding of good business practices.
