Here is an update on Scarlet from her foster mom:

As you can see, Scarlet is looking good and enjoying life.  She loves to be outside, watching birds and chasing them. She has the best personality, loves attention and will roll over for a belly rub in a heartbeat. She is also happy to lie quietly and look out a window. She is so adorable – she has lots of white freckles from her scars. Her freckles are the only obvious sign that give away her terrible past.
