Meet Our Special Guy, Tucker

August 12, 2015

Hi! My name is Tucker (Intake #44917) and I’m an absolutely adorable Pit-Shepherd-Corgi mix – well, actually they don’t exactly what I am, but I’m cute nonetheless. I’m very short and long and I only weigh 32 pounds. I’m a little different than most dogs. I have a neurological condition that makes me uncoordinated, walk funny and can affect my depth perception. I need to be on a low-cost daily medication so that I don’t have seizures, but it’s very affordable. Even though I have some challenges, I’m still a happy, silly boy with lots of love to give. I’m very playful and fun. I seem to like other dogs too. My play style and coordination can be a little mouthy, so I’d do best in a home with older children. I’m looking for a loving, patient, dedicated owner who isn’t scared off by my special needs. Could you be the one I’ve been waiting for? You can meet me and other adoptable animals at the Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
