Meet Solo, a young terrier looking to spend his holiday season with you!

Solo is a goofy and incredibly sweet pup who is bound to bring joy to you each and every day. An avid adventurer, Solo hikes with KHS volunteers and other dogs on a regular basis, making him the perfect companion for an active family. Solo is in the early stages of crate training, learning basic commands, and adjusting from puppy to young dog behaviors.

Spending some time in foster on the weekends, he’s lately made friends with a smaller dog with special needs. He has also gotten the space to let out his energy- and at just over a year old, Solo has a LOT of energy to manage. We’re confident with the right mix of patience, training, and love, Solo will happily be there to brighten your day.

Solo’s ideal home environment:
-No children under 10

Solo is currently in foster care and not at the shelter. Because of this, our Behavior and Adoptions teams have LOTS of wonderful information about Solo’s behavior and needs.
