KHS Volunteer Molly Clark Wins Best Community Volunteer
November 23, 2020
As a result of her dedicated work as a Kitsap Humane Society volunteer, the community has voted Molly Clark “Best Community Volunteer” in the Best of Central Kitsap/Bremerton competition hosted by Sound Publishing.
About seven years ago Molly began volunteering at Kitsap Humane Society. Molly has always felt at home here at KHS. Here she can pursue her passion for helping animals find their forever families by working with them inside and outside the shelter. Molly enjoys training and walking shelter dogs, taking photos around the shelter, and bringing a Puppuccino to one lucky pup each week.
“I’m so proud of this award,” said Molly, explaining that she cried when she found out she had won. “I love [KHS] animals as much as I love my own and helping them find new homes makes my heart full. That’s why I do what I do, to give the animals the best care at KHS and to give people another chance to see these animals.”
