Things are progressing nicely at both ends of the KHS campus, with the Russ & Linda Young Veterinary Lifesaving Center (VLC) rapidly taking shape and the Barn footprint looking more and more like the beginnings of a world-class facility.

First, at the VLC, power has been connected, the drywall is up, and the doorjambs have been installed, so you can see what the layout of the building will hold and where the various rooms will be located. We’re looking forward to interior painting and ceiling grid installation next week! Second, at the Barn, the storm detention tanks have been set and—as of this writing—are being backfilled and tamped down. In other KHS news, you can still sign up for a tee time at our Putting Fore! Pets charity golf tournament at White Horse Golf Course on July 28, and please join us for PetsWALK on June 3.  Also, the final Ocean5 Family Bingo event benefitting KHS starts this Wednesday, May 31 at 5:30 pm!
