Meet Lewis!

Lewis is a happy and handsome 2-year-old Pit Bull/Basset Hound mix. This goofy boy loves to run around and chase after tennis balls and stuffed toys. Sometimes, when Lewis is playing he likes to pounce on his toys and then toss them in the air – it’s so adorable! Lewis is looking for adopters who will help him release his energy by spending time with him as he has fun running around the yard. He already knows basic commands like “sit” and “lay down,” and he’s ready to learn more new tricks and skills with the help of some tasty snacks. Needless to say, this smart boy is very treat-motivated! Lewis is looking for a home (no apartments please) with a securely fenced-in yard, as he can be nervous about seeing other dogs while on walks. He would do best as the only pet in the home, and with kids over the age of 10.
