Pet of the Week – Cassiopeia
March 5, 2019
Meet Cassiopeia (83241)! She is a beautiful 3-year-old tortoiseshell kitty with a sweet and gentle personality. Once she comes out of her shell she will softly purr and meow at you to say hello. Cassiopeia loves taking cat naps in her blankies and sun bathing through windows. She also enjoys playing with wand toys and laser pointers once she feels comfortable in her environment. Cassiopeia is a special needs cat with a kitty specific condition called FELV, otherwise known as Feline Leukemia Virus. She will need to be the only cat in the home because of her condition and a member of our staff will be happy to answer any questions regarding FELV. Cassiopeia will need a dedicated adopter to love and care for her while she lives out the remainder of her years. She is a super sweet and reserved girl that cannot wait to find her forever home! If you don’t see her in her kennel, she is probably taking a cat nap in her cozy cubby where it is much quieter. Can you open your heart and home for this special kitty? If so, come on down to meet Cassiopeia and other adoptable animals at Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
