Meet Mercury (78234)! She is a lovely 2-year-old black and white cat who’s quite a looker! Her eyes are a stunning shade of green and really complement her fur. Mercury can be nervous in loud, strange places, so she’d love to go to a home that’ll provide her with a slow transition, things like cat trees and hidey beds are great ways for her to better settle in. When she’s ready for attention, she enjoys being talked to and loves gentle pets. Cheek scratches are her favorite – she’ll start to make adorable “air biscuits.” Something else to know about Mercury is she’s got quite a set of vocal cords! She’s very smart and communicates her feelings very well through meows. After settling in, Mercury might like to snuggle on someone’s lap from time to time! While Mercury is slowly but surely coming out of her shell, she would do best in a home without kids under 12 (too scary for her!). She needs to be the only pet in the home.
