Meet Barkley (ID #62285), an adorable petite tan and white Chihuahua mix who is about 2 years old. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in personality! This little dude is fun and loves to go walking! He’s super soft and very sweet. Barkley can be nervous with new people and with a lot of activity, so he needs a quiet home without kids and without a lot of visitors. Barkley seems to be very fearful of men, so he needs a home with only women. Once he knows you, Barkley is very sweet and affectionate! He absolutely loves to snuggle up with you on the couch and would make a perfect movie night companion! Barkley is still learning training and house skills, so he will need a patient adopter who can work with him on things like house training, crate training, and basic manners. Barkley has a cherry eye (a small red bump) on one of his eyes, but don’t let that deter you! Our vet team examined him and determined that it isn’t interfering with his vision at all, and does not require further medical treatment at this time.
