Deja Vu Still Dreams of His Forever Home
August 30, 2016
Hello, my name is Déjà Vu (Intake #55011) and I’m a good-natured 8-year-old sweet guy who is super loving and in need of a new home. I arrived at KHS with injuries to my hip and foot, which required me to spend time recovering in foster care where it was discovered that I’m great with children, other cats, well-mannered dogs, and even rabbits. When routine blood work was performed, it was also discovered that I have early chronic kidney disease. I was put on treatment and I’m responding well. I will need a little extra TLC and medical care as I age, but my condition can likely be managed with diet modification and fluids. I will also need annual or semi-annual visits to a full-service vet. I’m a wonderful cat with a sweet and charming personality. I snuggle and purr and enjoy brushing, petting, ear and chin rubs and I’m a perfect lap warmer. I’ve been waiting patiently for my forever home since May and I hope someone will pick me soon. Are you looking for a new best friend? You can meet me and other adoptable animals at Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
