Hello, my name is Paka (Intake #53484) and I’m a super adorable, lanky 1-year-old hound mix with pretty brown spots, adorable floppy ears and an amazing smile. I’m a rambunctious, playful girl who would love an active owner without small children to take me on hikes, jogs and supervised playtime in the yard. I LOVE water and would make a great beach or boat dog. I’m also great in the car. I can be pretty strong on a leash and I love being in the yard, but I can easily jump a 6-foot fence so you won’t want to leave me alone outside. I love to burn off energy by playing with other dogs and would love a canine sibling to be my constant playmate. I will also sit on command, especially if you have a delicious treat. I’m eager to learn and very treat-motivated. I know I will blossom with a little love and training. I’m looking for a home (no apartments) with no kitties (too fun to chase!).
