Stop in and meet Jax
February 11, 2016
Hi, my name is Jax (Intake #51575) and I was found wandering around the Brownsville area. I’m sure glad some kind person found me and brought me to the shelter so I can find a new loving home. When I arrived at the shelter the vet staff noticed I was underweight so they did some testing and discovered that I am hyperthyroid and have some indications of early kidney disease. My adopter will want to follow up with a full-service vet for further testing to determine my future health needs. I’m approximately 6 years old, very loving and I sure like people! I will come out for petting and brushing and then come up on your lap and climb on your shoulder to snuggle. I may also try to jump from there to check things out! I’m a friendly purr baby and a curious and good-natured, easy-going guy! I’d like to be part of your loving family home! You can meet me and other adoptable animals at Kitsap Humane Society, open six days a week.
