The Kitsap Business Journal hosted the 40 Under 40 Award Reception last night. We are proud to announce that two of our employees were selected for this honor. Last year as well, our director of animal welfare Stacey Price was recognized. This year in particular we highlight Abby Ouimet, director of PR and development. Abby joined us from the American Cancer Society with a wealth of knowledge in fundraising, a passion for animals and the pit bull breed, and an amazing level of resourcefulness. In addition to our employees, one of our volunteers was recognized as well and we were proud to hear KHS’s name again during the award presentation. Past board member, donor, and volunteer Dr. Amber Gravett was recognized for her business efforts. Congratulations to Abby, Amber and all the 40 Under 40 winners!
